Short Film Festival Novigrad (FKM)

The Festival Kratkog Metra (short film festival) Novigrad is an international film festival dedicated exclusively to short-form cinema.
Over several days, audiences can enjoy a carefully curated selection of short films from around the world,  along with various workshops, talks, and diverse music and entertainment events.
The festival awards the best films in both regional and international competition, based on audience votes.
FKMN aims to encourage and promote culture with a strong focus on short-form filmmaking, especially independent works that often fall outside the scope of commercial distribution.
The festival is a meeting place for professionals, creatives, enthusiasts, and emerging filmmakers – a space for learning, connecting, and entering the world of film.
